About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage Clinical Account Specialists in identifying customer needs
- Coach specialists and oversee training
- Complete people management processes for Clinical Account Specialists
- Develop and provide resources for the customer team to address customer needs
- Support healthcare providers and healthcare systems with clinical product information, education, training programs, and resources

Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must reside within the North & South Carolina and Tennessee territory
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Previous Field Sales Management experience
- Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations
- Experience working in Marketing, Managed Care, or Sales support areas within the pharmaceutical industry
- Capable of establishing relationships and networks within a customer organization
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams through change and new challenges
- Ability to apply situational coaching skills and emotional intelligence
- Self-starter comfortable working in and leading a team through ambiguity
- Ability to communicate with courage and candor
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand customer objectives
- Demonstrated account planning and management skills
- Strong collaboration with extended teams
- At least six years of sales experience, or 10+ years of equivalent experience without a degree
- At least 4 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
- Must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
- Valid driving license field is listed, but no explicit requirement is stated
