About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for serialization support and issue escalation within the Americas region
  • Oversee inbound logistics and serialization data flow from manufacturing sites to Organon’s third-party logistics provider, ensuring EPCIS compliance
  • Gather and document serialization requirements for new markets
  • Participate in project design, build, and deployment activities
  • Contribute to project impact assessment and scoping
  • Support new product launch initiatives with serialization expertise and operational execution
  • Liaise with Organon’s 3PL provider and monitor customer exceptions for timely resolution and service compliance
  • Collaborate with the 3PL partner to maintain compliance and improve processes
  • Use Verification Router Service to assess and validate suspect product and support investigations and disposition decisions
  • Support onboarding of Contract Manufacturing Organizations through cross-functional coordination
  • Process XML messages via Advanced Track & Trace Cockpit
  • Use Integration Control Hub to monitor and reprocess message flows
  • Create shipping and receiving events
  • Write standard operating procedures and work-step instructions
  • Collaborate with Business Technology to support serialization systems, data integrity, and traceability compliance
  • Provide process guidance and answer team members’ daily activity questions
  • Identify process efficiencies and provide backup support for Master Data, reporting, and daily business activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management, Plant Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Regulatory, or related areas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with serialization processes and data requirements
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization, GS1 Standards, and EPCIS
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Track & Trace regulatory reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of GS1 standards: GTIN, SGTIN, GLN, SGLN, SSCC, and GCP
  • Business process knowledge of pharmaceutical product packaging, aggregation, barcode printing, and verification
  • Experience with SAP ATTP integration with SAP ECC, packaging line management solutions, and SAP ICH
  • Demonstrated ability to align, lead, and drive change activities across global and/or cross-functional teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Lean/continuous improvement mindset
  • Role based in the US time zone, EST
  • Preferred: B.S. in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or another technical degree
  • Preferred: Understanding of GxP environments
  • Preferred: Demonstrated project management experience
  • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
  • U.S. residents only (including Puerto Rico)
