About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the District Business Manager
  • Drive product awareness and utilization for dermatological products
  • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives
  • Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties within a defined territory
  • Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge
  • Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals
  • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge
  • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies
  • Apply critical thinking and strategic thinking in a changing healthcare environment
  • Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
  • Engage healthcare-office personnel through patient-focused clinical dialogue and provide customer service through total account management
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a quota-driven role
  • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
  • High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
  • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • Valid driving license required
