About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the District Business Manager
  • Drive product awareness and utilization for dermatological products
  • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives by developing relationships with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties
  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
  • Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography with clinically relevant information
  • Exceed product goals while ensuring legal and compliance requirements
  • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge
  • Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
  • Apply critical thinking and strategic thinking to understand the healthcare environment and gain customer access
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
  • Deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to healthcare offices
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
  • Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
  • High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • US and PR residents only
  • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
