About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the District Business Manager
- Drive product awareness and utilization for dermatological products
- Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives
- Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties within a defined territory
- Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge
- Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals
- Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge
- Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies
- Navigate a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic thinking
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
- Manage healthcare accounts and deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two years of proven experience in a quota-driven role
- Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
- Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
