Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory
  • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives
  • Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties
  • Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
  • Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
  • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals
  • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge
  • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies
  • Navigate the changing healthcare environment and gain customer access through critical thinking and strategic planning
  • Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
  • Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver customer service
  • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly
  • Report to the District Business Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
  • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
  • High sense of urgency, particularly with regard to customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • US and PR Residents Only

  • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
  • Ability to travel 50%
