About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full project lifecycle for projects ranging from 15 to 300 days, from kick-off through design analysis, configuration, and final deployment
Ensure compliance with schedules and milestones, and maintain the quality of deliverables
Lead requirements-gathering workshops with agricultural cooperatives, agricultural suppliers, and agri-food companies
Understand the agri-food sector’s business challenges in order to configure CRM solutions
Work with SQL Server databases
Produce accurate, multi-level KPI reports and design data-processing workflows
Ensure the integrity of information flows between the CRM and ERP systems
Train cooperative administrators and Key Users
Support user acceptance testing and ensure a successful go-live
Support the installed base of 80 clients with enhancement projects and the integration of new modules
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, particularly R&D and Infrastructure
Hand over to the support teams once the client is self-sufficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in IT project management
Ideally, a degree in Agricultural or Agri-Food Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Mandatory proficiency in SQL Server
Comfortable working with Salesforce and Google Workspace
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to lead steering committees
Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including R&D and Infrastructure
Pragmatic, responsive, resilient, and proactive
Occasional travel throughout France during key project phases
