About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end data migration projects related to the Group’s acquisitions
Organize and coordinate migration activities, define timelines, track progress, and anticipate risks
Coordinate business teams, systems integrators, and the Data Department
Ensure deadlines are met and provide regular reporting
Design reusable migration pipelines using Python, SQL, Boomi, and Databricks
Develop scripts to automate data validation and anomaly detection
Build tools to track processed volumes, progress, and data quality
Analyze data from acquired companies and map source data to the target model
Perform end-to-end migrations, including extraction, transformation, and loading
Identify and resolve duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data
Implement quality controls and support business teams in resolving anomalies
Ensure data integrity before integration into target systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or an engineering school
At least 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, application integration, or complex data migration
Experience in a multi-entity, external growth, or M&A environment would be highly valued
Experience leading migration projects to a CRM—ideally Salesforce—and/or an ERP
Fluent French and professional English
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Proven experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Boomi, Talend, or equivalent
Proficiency in Salesforce and its data management tools, including Data Loader, Bulk API, objects, and relationships
Strong understanding of Data Quality principles, including deduplication, matching, validation, and data reliability
Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or an equivalent Cloud platform, or a strong interest in working with these environments
Understanding of billing or accounting data flows
