About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop the test strategy and overall test plan
Write test scenarios and organize and facilitate SIT, UAT, and regression testing campaigns
Approve test acceptance reports
Implement and manage the bug-tracking tool
Triage, prioritize, and monitor incident resolution with the implementation partner
Facilitate testing ceremonies and distribute progress dashboards
Document as-is and to-be business processes
Draft finance operating procedures and create user guides
Facilitate workshops with business teams and gather and prioritize functional requirements
Challenge business rules and manage change requests
Assess operational impacts and prepare and deliver training sessions
Gather feedback from the field and contribute to project communications
Produce progress metrics and participate in steering committees
Work closely with the ERP Project Manager and act as the interface between business teams and the implementation partner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, Master’s in Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent)
Solid experience in ERP project management, business consulting/functional project ownership (AMOA), IT consulting, or accounting
Proven experience managing functional testing campaigns (UAT/SIT) in an ERP environment
Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
Ideally, experience gained across at least one complete ERP rollout, from scoping through go-live
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes: general and subledger accounting, closing processes, VAT, fixed assets, and treasury
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including the V-Model and Agile Testing
Proficiency in or knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, BPMN, Visio, and Lucidchart
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to explain complex topics in clear terms
Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and flawless communication skills in French
Professional English is an advantage
