About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Sales, Customer Support, Sales Administration, and Professional Services teams, representing approximately 250 employees
  • Support managers on a daily basis at both strategic and operational levels
  • Help managers develop their leadership presence and strengthen their leadership capabilities
  • Support the transformation from an organization structured around legal entities and geographic regions to an organization structured by professional functions
  • Travel regularly to 13 sites across France and Luxembourg
  • Participate in integrations and support post-integration synergies in an active M&A environment
  • Work closely with the Business Unit leadership team and support the Go-to-Market and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong HR experience as a Business Partner
  • Ideally, experience in the software (SaaS) or technology sector
  • Experience and ability to work in a change-driven culture
  • Proactive mindset and ability to design and lead transformation projects
  • Interest in markets and customer challenges
  • Solutions-oriented advisory approach
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly—at least once every two weeks—to 13 sites across France and Luxembourg
