About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet users—including facility directors, department managers, and care and education teams—during on-site visits or Design Thinking workshops
Understand users’ usage contexts and expectations
Translate user needs and customer feedback into clear functional specifications and documentation
Populate, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog on a daily basis
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies
Write and validate functional and regression tests
Contribute to key sector-wide initiatives, including DSR Wave 2 / Ségur numérique regulatory certification
Support Customer Relations and Sales teams on key functional topics
Work closely with the Product Manager and technical teams to maximize the value of the software, particularly the Ogiris DUI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven hands-on experience in the medico-social or e-health sector
Advanced experience using a Digitalized User Record (DUI)
Strong curiosity about IT tools and software
Motivation to move into Product Management, or initial experience as a Product Owner / in digital project management
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with medico-social professionals and developers
Organized, independent, and responsive, with strong prioritization skills
Willingness to use professional English to communicate within an international group
PSPO certification, technical interest, or knowledge of quality processes is a plus but not required
