About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review customer files (quotes, contracts, signatures, commercial terms and SEPA mandates) and verify their completeness and compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures; flag and block non-compliant files
- Process and manage orders end to end in Salesforce through to invoicing
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data
- Handle invoicing and monitor approximately 1,400 invoices for the Construction business unit
- Process credit notes, amendments, contractual changes and cancellations
- Serve as the primary customer contact for administrative follow-up by phone and email
- Handle approximately 60 requests per day and create the necessary Salesforce tickets
- Manage urgent matters, complaints and billing disputes with the Sales, Accounting and Collections teams
- Collaborate on payment monitoring and participate in customer follow-ups and overdue payment collection
- Help standardize sales administration processes within the Construction business unit
- Raise awareness among Sales teams of administrative rules and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, gained in the SaaS software sector or within a corporate group
- Understanding of SaaS/licensing billing mechanisms and strong knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash process
- Meticulous, organized and responsive, with the ability to manage unexpected situations, priorities, urgent matters and multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service mindset, and firmness, teaching ability and diplomacy
- Salesforce proficiency is essential
- Knowledge of NetSuite or an ERP/accounting tool (XRP, Sage or Ciel) is an advantage
- Comfortable using office software and CRM systems
- Available immediately or within a maximum of one month
