Key responsibilities & impact

Design, maintain, and enhance features for the Treazure Enterprise solution
Build an end-to-end understanding of the solution architecture and develop specialized domain knowledge
Follow engineering guidelines and architecture patterns
Write clean, well-structured, documented, and maintainable code
Propose architectural and technical improvements
Plan and execute assigned subprojects from scoping through delivery
Communicate with the Team Lead, clients, and external stakeholders
Identify risks and bottlenecks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Assess the broader impact of customizations and new capabilities
Own platform components and ensure integration into upcoming releases
Gather feedback from QA, peers, and end users to improve solution quality
Provide technical guidance and share domain expertise
Document technical decisions and participate in onboarding new team members
Perform duties in compliance with security guidelines, the Code of Conduct, and ISO 27001 standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

HBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably in computer science or software engineering
Proven, hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework ecosystem
Familiarity with relational databases and solid foundational knowledge of SQL
Autonomous project management skills
Strong collaborative mindset focused on knowledge sharing
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English; both languages are required
Compliance with internal security guidelines, Code of Conduct, and standards such as ISO 27001
