About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure workstations and make software easy to use.
- Train clients on site, with sessions split 50% in person and 50% remotely.
- Monitor Qualiopi-certified training programs and write a report after each training session.
- Train groups of 5 to 10 trainees from a range of professional backgrounds.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
- Escalate requests to the appropriate department for Level 3 support.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with client response-time targets.
- Become an expert in the Onaya BTP, Onaya Négoce, and Finalcad solutions.
- Collaborate with a 20-person team under the supervision of the manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in training, ideally in the construction and building materials distribution sectors.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong computer skills.
- Empathetic and attentive to users’ needs.
- Able to adapt to all audiences and unforeseen situations in the field.
- Travel within France approximately once every two weeks.
