About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and customize the WarpSpeed / Core WMS platform for client workflows and operational requirements
  • Analyze functional client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with implementation project managers, software engineers, and end clients
  • Structure, document, and improve configuration standards, deployment templates, and technical documentation in English or Dutch
  • Support operational go-lives
  • Deliver user training
  • Resolve complex technical incidents during and after implementation
  • Work with the implementation team lead to translate business needs into standardized, high-performing configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HBO/WO working and thinking level with an IT / technical profile
  • Solid background in ERP systems and logistics
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementation, integration, or functional and technical consulting of ERP or logistics solutions
  • Strong mastery of SQL
  • Strong appetite for scripting, APIs, or low-code configuration
  • Excellent command of Dutch
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Structured, analytical mind and pragmatic, proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Experience with WMS is a nice-to-have
  • Background in a supply chain or 3PL environment is highly appreciated
  • Experience with EDI or ERP integrations such as SAP and Exact Globe is a plus
