About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and customize the WarpSpeed / Core WMS platform for clients’ workflows and operational requirements
- Analyze functional client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with implementation project managers, software engineers, and end clients
- Structure, document, and improve configuration standards, deployment templates, and technical documentation in English or Dutch
- Support operational go-lives
- Deliver user training
- Resolve complex technical incidents during and after implementation
- Work with the implementation team lead to translate business needs into standardized, high-performing configurations
Requirements
What you’ll need- HBO/WO working and thinking level with an IT / technical profile
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation, integration, or functional and technical consulting of ERP or logistics solutions
- Solid background in ERP systems and logistics
- WMS experience is a nice-to-have
- Background in a supply chain or 3PL environment is highly appreciated
- Strong mastery of SQL; solid foundations are mandatory
- Appetite for scripting, APIs, or low-code configuration
- Experience with EDI or ERP integrations such as SAP or Exact Globe is a plus
- Structured, analytical, pragmatic, proactive, hands-on attitude
- Previous consulting experience interacting with end clients and managing complex configurations end to end
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to undergo a reference check, subject to consent
