Key responsibilities & impact

Run complex onboardings end to end, including scoping, configuration, data integration, key-user training, go-live and documented handover to Customer Success
Own effort and budget, stay inside booked hours, and trigger follow-up sales with Customer Success and Sales when overconsumption is expected
Build onboarding packages, checklists and self-service content for standard use cases
Review project plans and configurations from junior consultants
Coach the team and provide feedback for the skill matrix
Handle difficult customer situations
Escalate genuine edge cases and communicate recurring questions and product gaps to the Solution Expert
Build relationships with customer decision-makers and document stakeholder maps for handover to Customer Success
Allocate approximately 70% to customer onboardings, 15% to coaching and review, 10% to standardisation, and 5% to Solution Expert collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of project experience in SaaS implementation or consulting in supplier management, procurement or supply chain compliance, with full responsibility for the customer, not just a workstream
Working knowledge of supplier processes: onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions
Knowledge of regulations including LkSG and CSDDD
Solid understanding of data models, interfaces and configuration; no coding required
Experience with ERP and supplier master data is a strong plus
Ability to standardise recurring processes into packages
Budget and scope discipline
Business-fluent English and Italian or French
Low travel: below 10%; onboardings run largely remote
