About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the development and execution of new ESG products
- Ensure products align with evolving international regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, development teams, and product delivery teams
- Shape best-in-class solutions
- Stay informed on legal requirements and integrate them into product roadmaps
- Act as the in-house product expert on ESG legislation
- Proactively adapt product strategies to regulatory developments
- Help businesses stay ahead of regulatory changes and contribute to global sustainability efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery
- Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products
- Experience driving data-informed decision-making using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends
- Ability to balance business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- German skills are considered a plus
- Strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation
- Prior knowledge of ESG laws is a plus
