About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the subject matter for Supplier Intelligence and Procurement
- Define best-practice configurations and standard approaches per use case
- Sign off onboarding packages and templates before they reach customers
- Turn relevant product releases into enablement content, including short videos, eLearning input, release webinars, and office hours
- Train Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Build and assess certifications for the solution area
- Handle subject-matter escalations from onboarding, support tickets, and Customer Success conversations
- Determine whether issues are product, documentation, or training gaps
- Represent field feedback and improvement ideas to Product Management
- Prioritize feedback and test new functionality before release
- Own solution-area documentation and keep it current
- Meet customers by exception for lighthouse projects, complex escalations, and new product introductions
- Role allocation: 35% enablement content, 25% escalation and expert support, 20% Product Management interface, 10% documentation, and up to 10% customer onboardings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years in procurement and supplier management transformation, from consulting, industry, or software
- Experience analysing procurement and supplier processes, quantifying cost and risk, and designing target processes
- Deep expertise in supplier risk and resilience, including supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions
- Regulatory understanding of European requirements, including LkSG and CSDDD
- Comfort with supplier and ERP data, including master data, hierarchies, and interfaces
- No coding required, but ability to understand data models independently
- Experience with video, webinars, or training formats is a plus
- Ability to create concise enablement content
- Structured working relationship with Product Management and ability to justify priorities
- Fluent English
- German or Spanish is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel below 10%
