About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day project support on strategic company-wide projects and initiatives
  • Analyze arising regulations that shape the product catalogue
  • Prepare presentations and process documentation, using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows
  • Work closely with Product Content and other departments on shared projects
  • Conduct research and analysis and prepare materials supporting organizational decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand ESG regulations and legislative processes
  • Comfortable working with Claude, PowerPoint, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software and technologies
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights
  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory
  • Ability to come into the Mannheim office regularly
  • Prior practical experience (internship, working student role, or similar) in an IT / software environment is a plus
