Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between functional business teams and technology teams
Develop innovative technical solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement
Optimize business processes and systems for assigned functional areas
Utilize enterprise software solutions to optimize processes and promote best practices
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop Business Requirements Documents and functional requirements
Define business needs and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives
Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs
Perform current-state and future-state process mapping
Evaluate solution options, business value, and ROI; prioritize enhancement requests and project initiatives
Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, maintain documentation, and assist with test plans, strategies, and scripts
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams on testing, support UAT, and validate solutions
Maintain project artifacts, including data models, data maps, process documentation, and knowledge base articles
Support production teams as needed
Analyze data to provide actionable insights that improve business processes and outcomes
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely project delivery
Pursue training and certifications on enterprise platforms and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
Knowledge of Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Data Analysis, ITIL, and BA practices
Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge and experience with JDE ERP modules and related key value stream processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report
Experience with DSI highly preferred
Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments preferred
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) highly preferred; experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor also applicable
Experience with SQL and/or other relational database tools preferred
Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience facilitating business requirements gathering sessions and developing BRDs, FRDs, and testing plans
Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical requirements
Experience with current-state and future-state process mapping
Ability to evaluate ROI, prioritize initiatives, and support project roadmap planning
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Ability to work across enterprise platforms and applications
Willingness to pursue training and certifications on enterprise platforms and technologies
