About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate sourcing activities across assigned categories, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract implementation, and follow-up.
  • Use spend, market, cost, and supplier data to identify savings, working-capital improvements, risks, and value-creation opportunities.
  • Own selected procurement projects by setting plans, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks and milestones, and driving implementation.
  • Strengthen supplier collaboration through performance reviews, improvement actions, communication, and follow-up on commitments.
  • Support procurement governance, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and R&D.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, project coordination, or related commercial role.
  • A good understanding of procurement, supplier and contract management, supply chain principles, and key commercial drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Communicative Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in manufacturing, relevant procurement or project management training, and familiarity with ERP or procurement tools will be an advantage.
