About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect business and managerial data at a consolidated level to validate short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning for the marketing department
Analyze variances on sales and costs, both consolidated and by subsidiaries, to support the marketing department in defining recovery actions
Support the team in subsidiary controlling activities, ensuring submission of planning and accurate reporting within deadlines
Work closely with global and regional Finance teams and the Marketing department

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 or 2-year experience of business and financial controlling in companies modernly structured or in consultant firms
A degree in Economics is required
Strong analytical skills
Determination to achieve objectives
Flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, problem-solving ability, and teamwork
Ability to use controlling and data mining tools
Expertise in financial controlling and reporting and key metrics
Excellent use of Excel, including pivots and advanced formulas
Proficiency with Hyperion, PowerBI, and SAP preferred
Excellent knowledge of the English language
