About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with achieving store goals and personal sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and represent and support the Diesel brand and values
- Maintain thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Deliver individual performance aligned with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, merchandising guidelines, and standards
- Perform all Omni Channel Service and Initiatives
- Grow brand awareness and develop a strong business
- Report to the Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends and product knowledge
- Excellent customer service and client relationship-building skills
- Ability to represent and support the Diesel brand and values
- Thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Ability to perform Omni Channel Service and Initiatives
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
- Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon request
