About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with achievement of store goals
- Meet personal sales goals through excellent customer service
- Represent and support the Diesel brand and values
- Maintain thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Deliver individual performance aligned with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, merchandising guidelines, and standards
- Perform all Omni Channel Service and Initiatives
- Report to the Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture
- Ability to embrace change and keep up with innovation in the retail industry
- Fashion enthusiasm and knowledge of industry trends and products
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
