About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability
- Effectively manage and supervise the store team
- Implement company programs, policies, and procedures
- Act proactively on business trends and needs
- Serve as a positive role model representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values
- Continuously improve supervisory skills and take ownership of visual, merchandising, and operations responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager
- Assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Perform omnichannel services and initiatives
- Develop brand awareness in a new market
- Develop the business and lead a team with a focus on client experience
- Report to the Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture
- Openness to change and innovation in the retail industry
- Fashion industry trend and product knowledge
- Ability to build client relationships and provide a world-class customer experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
