About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire the team to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized shopping experiences
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire customers and team members
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans

Requirements

- Strong management and communication skills

- Passion for fashion and knowledge of industry trends and products
- Ability to build client relationships and provide a world-class customer experience
