About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability
- Effectively manage and supervise the store team
- Implement company programs, policies, and procedures
- Proactively respond to business trends and needs
- Act as a positive role model representing the Diesel brand and values
- Continuously improve supervisory skills and take ownership of visual, merchandising, and operations responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager
- Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Perform omnichannel services and initiatives
Requirements
