About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team
- Implement company programs, policies, and procedures
- Monitor business trends and needs while representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values
- Develop supervisory skills and take ownership of assigned visual, merchandising, and operations responsibilities
- Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
- Perform omnichannel services and initiatives
- Grow brand awareness, develop the business, and lead a team with a focus on client experience
Requirements
