About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end performance management process for affordability and channel programs across in-line brands and launches
  • Develop metrics and feedback loops to identify gaps, propose enhancements, and deliver continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build readiness frameworks for new launches and loss-of-exclusivity transitions
  • Lead portfolio prioritization and allocate resources to high-impact opportunities
  • Flag execution gaps and design contingency plans
  • Architect scalable operational frameworks across multiple products and lifecycle stages
  • Streamline communication and accountability across Channel Operations, Market Access, and Field teams
  • Serve as a strategic resource across internal market access functions
  • Monitor external forces such as 340B, policy changes, and competitor access models
  • Translate market intelligence into tactical and strategic adjustments
  • Build team capacity and bench strength
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent development for critical Channel Strategy positions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
  • Experience in payer and/or channel functions required
  • Performance tracking and quarterly business review development experience
  • Experience working in a matrix management structure
  • Project management, coordination, and people management experience in a team environment
  • Proven track record in program management and cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
