About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the HCP engagement strategy for Centanafadine, AAD, or MDD/PTSD
  • Ensure effective brand positioning, promotional execution, and omnichannel engagement among HCPs
  • Collaborate with sales, market access, medical affairs, and commercial operations
  • Lead HCP omnichannel strategy integrating digital, NPP, and personal engagement
  • Develop promotional tools, messaging, and training resources for field sales
  • Identify and engage KOLs with medical and sales teams
  • Oversee speaker programs and congress presence
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial KOL engagement plan
  • Use market research, HCP insights, and competitive analysis to refine strategies
  • Ensure differentiated, evidence-based, and compelling brand messaging
  • Create market access pull-through strategies, including reimbursement support, patient access programs, and formulary positioning
  • Coordinate with medical, regulatory, and commercial operations teams for compliant execution
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize promotional investments
  • Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Experience focused on HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, or field sales enablement
  • Experience in CNS, psychiatry, neurology, or related therapeutic areas preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HCP engagement strategies, including NPP, field support, and speaker programs
  • Omnichannel marketing expertise, including digital and traditional HCP engagement tactics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights
  • Ability to plan and manage large investments and marketing budgets to optimize ROI
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing vendors and agency partners
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and balance multiple priorities
  • MBA preferred
