About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and execution of provider account and site-of-care marketing strategies across specialty psychiatric treatment settings
- Define customer segmentation, targeting, and account engagement priorities across health systems, IDNs, interventional psychiatry treatment centers, psychiatric practices, and emerging care delivery models
- Build integrated account marketing plans supporting launch readiness, adoption, treatment capacity, and long-term franchise growth
- Partner with field account teams to execute account value propositions and customer engagement strategies
- Develop clinical, operational, economic, and financial value propositions for provider stakeholders
- Create account-facing resources and tools communicating the value of TSND-201
- Partner with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Affairs to develop evidence and messaging supporting account adoption
- Lead development of clinical and operational workflows and practice economics frameworks
- Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Distribution, and Patient Services on reimbursement, buy-and-bill, billing pathways, coding, patient access, and treatment administration
- Develop readiness tools, onboarding programs, training materials, and implementation resources
- Support scalable account support solutions for future portfolio assets
- Lead launch readiness activities for TSND-201 and specialty psychiatry assets
- Develop and implement launch plans, customer engagement strategies, support programs, and account implementation resources
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for account adoption and customer readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10–12+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Background in specialty psychiatry, neurology, oncology, autoimmune, and/or related therapeutic areas and commercial models
- Experience in provider account marketing, site-of-care marketing, healthcare system marketing, market access, specialty commercialization, or related commercial functions
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, treatment site operations, provider economics, reimbursement pathways, and patient support models
- Experience developing account value propositions, practice economic models, operational workflows, and customer-facing business cases
- Understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty distribution, patient access, coding, reimbursement, and complex treatment delivery models
- Experience supporting launch preparation and commercialization of specialty therapeutics preferred
- Ability to identify workflow challenges and develop customer-centered implementation solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Success leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting support, and evaluation of investment impact
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, launch-oriented environment
- Ability to partner with R&D and Medical Affairs to build integrated evidence plans and strategies
