About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead commercialization and management of a portfolio of specialty psychiatric therapies in the United States
  • Set strategic direction, performance objectives, and lifecycle management for pharmaceutical brands
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, medical, market access, and operations
  • Develop and execute integrated business plans to meet P&L goals
  • Lead pre- and post-launch commercialization responsibilities and P&L ownership
  • Steer global lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, and launch planning for pipeline assets
  • Develop go-to-market models, account value propositions, evidence needs, omnichannel initiatives, and cross-functional investments
  • Develop and implement the customer engagement model for TSND-201 and the future specialty portfolio
  • Lead commercialization strategy and competitive market positioning for TSND-201
  • Build commercial strategies and infrastructure for a specialty psychiatric portfolio
  • Oversee HCP, provider account, consumer, and site-of-care marketing
  • Lead HCP marketing initiatives including field promotion, digital and non-personal promotion, speaker programs, KOL and professional engagement, and congress strategies
  • Guide consumer marketing, patient and caregiver awareness, education, engagement, and direct-to-consumer initiatives
  • Build value propositions and marketing plans for sites of care, IDNs, and provider accounts
  • Own net sales forecasts, promotional mix optimization, budget planning, portfolio valuation, and investment alignment
  • Oversee TSND-201 launch execution and integrated cross-functional readiness plans
  • Lead and develop HCP, provider account, and consumer franchise directors/marketers
  • Use market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy and tactics
  • Collaborate with market access, sales, medical, clinical development, communications, finance, commercial operations, and senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
  • Strong background in CNS, neurology, psychiatry, and/or related therapeutic areas and commercial models
  • Experience with provider and site-of-care account marketing, practice economics and reimbursement, specialty buy and bill, operational workflows, and support services for complex high-touch therapeutics
  • Experience in a portfolio of related or integrated products is desired
  • Leadership in brand and portfolio strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management, including assets with multiple indications
  • Ability to partner with R&D and Medical Affairs on integrated evidence plans and strategies
  • Experience leading HCP and consumer marketing functions
  • Experience developing clinical, economic, and operational value propositions for provider accounts and site-of-care marketing plans
  • Experience leading highly complex brands involving REMS, specialty distribution, buy and bill, new healthcare delivery models, and integration into clinical workflows
  • Experience in market access, sales, and/or commercial operations highly preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with R&D, Medical, and Global colleagues
  • Omnichannel marketing expertise, including digital, non-personal promotion (NPP), and traditional engagement strategies
  • Financial acumen, including budget management, marketing ROI optimization, forecasting, and P&L management
  • People leadership skills and experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple priorities and complex brand challenges
