About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements across Global Quality
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and quality outcomes
- Conduct business process analyses and assessments to identify gaps, risks, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions and monitor improvement effectiveness
- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions
- Collect, analyze, trend, and interpret data from multiple systems and business processes
- Identify and track KPIs and operational metrics
- Generate standard and custom reports for decision-making, operational reviews, governance meetings, and leadership reporting
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and performance trends
- Maintain knowledge of Global Quality technologies and systems, including LMS, QMS, and reporting platforms
- Analyze business needs and recommend technology-enabled solutions
- Optimize system utilization, data management, reporting capabilities, and business processes
- Identify system enhancements and opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency
- Evaluate technologies and tools supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows, reporting solutions, and digital tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce administrative burden
- Support adoption of tools and technologies improving operational performance and productivity
- Act as Project Manager for process improvement, reporting, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and implement solutions
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and outcomes
- Support audit and inspection readiness through reporting, documentation, and data management
- Provide metrics, dashboards, and trending information for compliance monitoring and inspections
- Assist with audit-related inquiries and corrective and preventive action initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, analytics, quality systems, or related roles
- Preferably experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, QMS platforms, reporting tools, dashboard development, and data visualization solutions
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and business intelligence platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, and reporting automation
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and workflow automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting compliance, audits, and inspection readiness activities is a plus
- Ability to work in the United States
