About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the Voyxact brand
  • Establish annual and multi-year strategic plans driving sustainable growth, patient impact, and business performance
  • Serve as primary commercial leader and strategic advisor for the brand
  • Assess market dynamics, competitive trends, customer insights, and emerging opportunities
  • Lead lifecycle planning and expand the treated patient population
  • Serve on the Nephrology, Immunology and Rare Disease business unit leadership team
  • Provide executive oversight of sales, marketing, commercial scientific communications, and customer engagement
  • Oversee integrated omnichannel marketing programs, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Lead launch optimization and accelerate brand growth
  • Evaluate performance metrics to improve adoption, account penetration, patient starts, and market share
  • Drive disease awareness, patient identification, referral pathways, and rare disease market development
  • Partner with patient advocacy organizations, key opinion leaders, and centers of excellence
  • Own revenue, market share, profitability, and operating income objectives
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
  • Support access and reimbursement strategies
  • Build, lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing commercial organization
  • Create development plans and succession pathways for future leaders
  • Foster continuous learning, engagement, accountability, innovation, and execution excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business, scientific, or analytical discipline
  • 15+ years of cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology) or related industry is required
  • Experience engaging with key healthcare ecosystem players, such as payers and health systems
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or a related industry
  • Previous account management experience is a strong plus
  • Experience building a positive, accountable, highly engaged culture
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to generate insights and identify underlying patterns and themes
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
  • Ability to develop strategy in a complex stakeholder environment, including contracting strategy, administration, and pull through
  • Experience managing a complex P&L and strong financial acumen
  • Sophisticated coaching, training, and mentoring skills
  • Previous field sales management and/or marketing experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industry
  • Experience leading broad organizational change initiatives resulting in improved performance
  • Strong understanding of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape
