About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure reliable performance of the assigned system
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, user access, and other problems
Participate in issue and outage analysis and resolution with support teams, hosting providers, and consultants
Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
Monitor and manage application costs, including licenses, consulting, and hosting costs, where applicable
Coordinate software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users
Recommend new features or configuration/workflow changes based on user feedback
Gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement system-specific changes
Work with other Application Administrators to learn complex tasks
Support and maintain a positive safety culture
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field of study required; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
Minimum of three years of related experience required
Experience working with ServiceNow required
Planned and unplanned evening and weekend work is required
Must work at an assigned Otter facility Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday
