About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Discuss, plan, build and test new features
  • Bring learnings from previous roles and experiences to build fintech innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional experience working on web applications using modern software engineering processes
  • Proficient in Python and Django
  • Debugging complex database performance issues
  • Experience building performant and scalable backends and making pragmatic tradeoffs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus
  • Fintech / Accounting experience is a nice to have
  • ERP / Accounting Systems integrations experience is a nice to have
  • Exposure to Purchase Orders is a nice to have
  • AWS DevOps is a nice to have
  • Product sense is a nice to have
