About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools supporting commercial decision-making
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and develop opportunities to automate, simplify, or standardize them
  • Improve recurring workflows by connecting systems, data, and stakeholders across the organization
  • Support the development and optimization of Power BI, Salesforce, and other Sales Operations tools
  • Evaluate and improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of Sales Operations tools and resources
  • Partner with Sales Training and commercial leaders to support rollout, communication, and adoption of new tools and processes
  • Translate business needs into practical analytical, process, and systems solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to investigate problems, gather requirements, and implement solutions
  • Apply commercial understanding to ensure analytical and operational solutions support broader business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to proactively improve Sales Operations rather than simply responding to recurring requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar business intelligence/CRM platforms
  • Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, or systems improvement preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive solutions to completion
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Understanding of commercial or sales environments preferred
