About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Kids Buying team with day-to-day administration and category coordination
- Assist with product set-up, ensuring product details, pricing, imagery and other information are accurate and complete
- Maintain product and brand information across internal systems and trackers
- Support seasonal range reviews, buying meetings and category presentations
- Research kidswear trends, brands, collections and market activity to inform the assortment
- Track samples, product deliveries and launch timelines, following up with internal teams and brand partners
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Creative, Marketing and Operations teams to support product and campaign launches
- Assist with competitor and market research, sharing observations and findings
- Organise and maintain product samples and showroom materials
- Monitor category performance and compile reports, product updates and relevant information
- Contribute ideas and support projects that enhance the Kids customer experience and category proposition
- Complete work accurately, with strong attention to detail and within agreed deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Fashion, Business, Buying, Merchandising or a related field
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion and curiosity about the Kids category
- Awareness of kidswear brands, products and emerging trends is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling product information and data
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital systems, with willingness to learn new tools
- Proactive and adaptable approach, with confidence to ask questions and take ownership of tasks
- Collaborative team member able to work with colleagues across different functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to changing priorities
- Previous internship or work experience in fashion retail, buying or merchandising is helpful but not essential
