About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own every company-wide renewal from first conversation through signature
  • Start renewal conversations six months or more before contract end dates
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with customers and decision makers
  • Manage renewals through the HubSpot renewal pipeline and forecast accurately each quarter
  • Position Outbuild Pro and other modules during renewal conversations
  • Identify accounts suited for additional modules and build business cases
  • Capture growth as customers add projects and users
  • Close module add-ons at renewal and track them in HubSpot
  • Track account health and flag churn risk using usage and engagement signals
  • Build save plans with Customer Success for at-risk accounts
  • Analyze downgrades and churn and share learnings
  • Define the account management playbook, renewal timelines, health scoring, and module attach processes
  • Capture customer feedback and feature requests for Product
  • Maintain clean, current HubSpot records
  • Meet quarterly retention and new ARR goals
  • Build a repeatable renewal and module attach process and document the playbook

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of account management experience in B2B SaaS and construction technology
  • Track record of retaining revenue on a book of business
  • Experience selling add-on modules or features to existing customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence discussing pricing and contract terms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Disciplined CRM habits; HubSpot preferred
  • Comfort building processes in a role with no existing playbook
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be based in one of the listed hiring states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
