About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead prospecting efforts and build relationships with key decision makers across pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches for pharmacy-based solutions
  • Establish and grow long-term partnerships with pharmaceutical brand teams
  • Identify new opportunities within existing manufacturer accounts and expand into new therapeutic areas and brands
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and value narratives for pharmaceutical stakeholders
  • Travel regularly for onsite meetings with pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Develop sales materials including case studies, playbooks, and thought leadership content
  • Maintain pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Monitor industry trends, patient engagement strategies, and emerging technologies affecting pharmaceutical commercialization and patient support programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers and brand teams in a commercial, sales, or account management capacity
  • Demonstrated success selling solutions that drive patient acquisition, engagement, adherence, or retention
  • Strong understanding of the patient journey, including awareness, diagnosis, treatment initiation, adherence, and ongoing support
  • Experience selling solutions spanning multiple stages of the patient journey
  • Ability to navigate complex pharmaceutical organizations and engage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling
  • Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and standard business software
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% or more as needed
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in pharma or pharmacy patient support programs
  • Mid-level management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field preferred
