About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead GTM enablement for strategic programs with clear KPIs, operating cadences, and change management plans
- Define program charters and success metrics with GTM leadership
- Report program impact against pipeline generation, quota attainment, and win-rate KPIs
- Incorporate programs and processes into sustainable onboarding motions
- Enable sales representatives to articulate customer value through sustained coaching
- Support manager-led coaching and storytelling improvement cadences
- Maintain competitive resources, including battlecards and job aids
- Ensure sales teams have content and tools to execute strategic priorities throughout the sales process
- Track adoption and revenue KPIs after rollout
- Provide timely access to information representatives need
- Manage a content management platform and content system for processes, motions, and priorities
- Promote data-driven continuous improvement and recognition
- Monitor enablement, usage, and sales production data to identify performance gaps
- Partner with sales and customer success leadership to close gaps and validate program changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization
- Experience leveraging AI in coaching, content delivery, and program measurement
- Prior experience with LMS and CMS platforms
- Experience designing sustainable, scalable programs
- Passion for the learner experience and familiarity with adult learning theory
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies, such as ADKAR
- Ability to define, track, and analyze enablement KPIs
- Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills and successful cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to balance measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers, and the business
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale and Command of the Message
