About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently lead monthly releases and quarterly go-to-market launches for Platform Services offerings from strategy through execution
  • Build strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Management, Partners, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Post-Sales teams
  • Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform and its best practices
  • Collaborate with the Partner team to identify strategic partner integration and co-marketing opportunities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging
  • Deliver launch content packages for each release
  • Collaborate on event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, and public and analyst relations
  • Share customer feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap priorities and recommendations
  • Use AI to synthesize customer and market insights and draft and refine launch messaging and enablement content
  • Explain Outreach platform AI capabilities to customers, partners, and go-to-market teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of enterprise platform software experience focused on a highly technical product area that includes governance, interoperability, security, and integration
  • Expertise in defining and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Expertise in product marketing, including messaging and positioning, market enablement for GTM teams, customer and event presentations, product launches, and event content
  • Curiosity about AI and a record of learning and adapting quickly
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools to improve research, creation, and launches
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
  • Data-informed decision-making
  • Ability to tell clear, compelling, value-based stories about complex information
  • Ability to see the big picture and dig into details
  • Comfort moving quickly and adapting to change
  • No educational credential explicitly required
