About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the performance and productivity of a team of virtual assistants, ensuring exceptional results for clients in Australia and the US
- Monitor and enforce KPIs related to task completion, quality of output, time and attendance, proactivity, and effective communication
- Conduct weekly 1:1 performance meetings with each virtual assistant, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback
- Collaborate with the client experience team to address client concerns, refunds, or escalations promptly
- Identify and address team performance issues, implementing performance improvement plans as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Continuously expand knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of direct response marketing, lead generation, marketing funnels, marketing automation, email marketing, and marketing design
- Previous experience in team leadership and management, preferably with remote virtual assistants or similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with performance monitoring and management tools (e.g., ActivTrak)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients
