About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth in technology proficiency
  • Work closely with Field stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Architects
  • Understand customer ecosystems and IT landscapes
  • Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent potential issues
  • Understand customers' technical infrastructures, hardware, and offerings
  • Provide excellent customer support regarding OutSystems use
  • Catalog, categorize, and share common customer issues with other OutSystems teams
  • Serve as a customer advocate within OutSystems
  • Deliver key OutSystems product roadmap updates and assist customers with upgrades
  • Visit customers regularly as needed to provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Build trust-based customer relationships by understanding IT infrastructure, internal processes, and business needs
  • Guide customer development teams on OutSystems development best practices
  • Oversee solution architecture design and overall technical quality
  • Interface with Technical Support, R&D, Sales, and Professional Services teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of Mobile and/or Web application development, administration, or architecture experience
  • Proficient in Spanish language; English/Spanish speaking
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, C#, Java, ALM and APM practices and tools
  • Practical knowledge of modern IT infrastructure and networking, including VPN, firewalls, cloud providers, container technologies, and PaaS/IaaS vendors
  • Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships through relationship-based support
  • Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
  • Experience in a professional services, support, engineering, sales engineering, development, or quality assurance organization
  • OutSystems development and administration experience strongly preferred
