About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Overjet's content strategy and calendar
Plan and ship full-funnel content for SMB/Private Practice and Enterprise/DSO audiences
Create blog posts, case studies, eBooks, webinar outlines, interactive content, podcast content, and bottom-of-funnel sales content
Build calculators, quizzes, and interactive tools using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable
Own content performance metrics, including SEO/AEO traffic, search visibility, organic traffic, and engagement
Establish measurement for content sentiment and brand perception
Track content influence on pipeline and content-driven conversion with Demand Generation
Partner with SDRs and sales teams to maximize content usage and conversion
Lead research reports and data-driven content positioning Overjet as an authority in dental AI
Learn new audiences and develop content for new demographics
Build and run a system for internal experts and KOLs to publish thought leadership
Edit and coach contributors who are not natural writers
Partner with social media, design, Demand Generation, marketing, product, and sales teams to distribute and extend content reach
Elevate customer and partner success stories in compelling formats

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent writing skills are required
3-5+ years of experience creating content in a startup or high-growth environment
Portfolio demonstrating range across written, visual, and interactive formats
Demonstrated ability to turn data into compelling narrative, including research reports and data-driven storytelling
Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, or similar to prototype and produce content independently
Track record of managing content performance against SEO and conversion goals
High velocity and a strong bias toward action; comfortable owning the full content lifecycle with minimal oversight
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators is a plus
