About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles at every level, including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Own scheduling and logistics for searches, coordinating interview loops across US and overseas time zones
- Build and run sourcing strategies and outreach for passive technical talent across US and overseas markets
- Partner technically with hiring managers to define scope, calibrate the hiring bar, and challenge decisions using data
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience
- Coordinate searches across multiple levels while managing own calendar
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfort in an ATS; Overjet uses Ashby
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Juicebox experience is a plus
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for technical engineering and product roles across US and overseas markets
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- Comfortable working US hours
