About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build internal AI agents, automations, integrations, and tools that solve real business problems
Work with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and HR to understand workflows and identify opportunities to save time and reduce manual work
Take ideas from discovery through implementation and ensure solutions are useful and adopted
Experiment with new AI technologies and apply practical solutions to everyday work
Support employees exploring how AI can improve their work
Run hands-on workshops and training sessions tailored to different teams
Help non-technical employees build automations and tools with appropriate guidance and guardrails
Create and maintain a shared library of AI tools, agents, templates, and best practices
Build a network of AI champions across departments to encourage knowledge sharing and experimentation
Help define the internal AI tool stack with Security and IT
Establish guidelines for AI usage, data protection, and responsible experimentation
Evaluate new models, tools, and technologies for practical usefulness
Work directly with the CTO and collaborate across the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similarly hands-on technical role
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agents, integrations, or automations using LLMs
Experience taking technical solutions from idea to implementation, ideally building tools that people actually use
Comfortable working with APIs, integrating different systems, and solving technical problems independently
Proactive and naturally curious, with the ability to understand how people work, spot opportunities, and build solutions independently
Comfortable working with technical and nontechnical teams, and able to explain complex concepts simply and practically
Enjoys sharing knowledge, helping others learn, and experimenting with new technologies
Fluent English and Hebrew
Nice to have: experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, or similar
Nice to have: experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
Nice to have: experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI-powered applications in production
Nice to have: previous experience building internal tools or automations used across multiple departments
Nice to have: familiarity with AI security, data privacy, and access controls
