About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product marketing at Oversee, identifying additional buyers for existing products through market research and sharper ICP definition
- Shape go-to-market strategy using evidence of product-market fit
- Own positioning, persona and segment messaging, competitive and win/loss insights, and product language across marketing and product surfaces
- Refine and build the positioning and messaging framework
- Own ICP, persona, and segment messaging across corporate, leisure, and partnerships
- Maintain consistent product messaging across all markets and verticals
- Run competitive tracking across reshop and agentic AI for travel operations, corporate, and leisure
- Run an ongoing win/loss research programme
- Conduct buyer research and produce market research with recommendations on segment fit
- Write product pages, one-pagers, launch materials, product-led blog content, and technical explainers
- Write and edit campaign copy with Growth Marketing
- Maintain content cadence and strategy
- Onboard new sales representatives on positioning and keep the existing team current
- Regularly join sales calls and identify what is working
- Build and run a repeatable, tiered launch process end to end
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver unified launches
- Measure launches and conduct post-launch retrospectives
- Report to the Marketing Director and work directly with product, sales, and the executive team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in product marketing, in B2B SaaS, travel technology, or a comparable technical B2B environment
- Track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, including the research behind it
- Strong writing ability for product pages, battlecards, launch material, and technical explainers
- Daily use of AI tools as part of work; this is a must-have
- Comfortable in a category-creation motion without an established playbook
- Experience working directly with sales, including sitting on calls, building sales materials, and closing the loop on what works
- Ability to make a technical product's value legible to a commercial buyer
- Self-directed ability to sequence and deliver work independently
- Native English speaker
- Based in the UK
- Experience marketing to travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, or tour operators is a strong plus
- Experience marketing AI or agentic products is a strong plus
