About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support European Operations Managers with their international shipments
- Prepare documentation for air and sea freight shipments
- Gather essential information to track shipments
- Contact partners to monitor shipment progress
- Build strong relationships with partners and establish new collaboration processes
- Manage transport invoicing
- Monitor invoicing performance indicators and track margins
- Collaborate with the Business Performance and Product teams to develop new processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Available for a six-month gap-year internship starting in January 2027
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written French
- Clear, structured communication skills, with confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Rigorous and well-organized approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Strong motivation to discover transportation and air, sea, and rail freight operations
- Ability to take initiative
